2015 Annual Appeal

Thank-you to all who contributed to the 2015 Nichols Day Camp Fall Annual Appeal

NDC is grateful to the many donors who contributed to this year’s Appeal. Sixty-seven donors contributed $24,050 this year to help support camp programming for peninsula area youth.

Every summer as we welcome girls and boys to Nichols Day Camp, we hear from parents and even grandparents that they had been campers or counselors years before. For these families, Nichols is a trip back in time that they want to share with their family members so they, too, may build lifelong friendships and become the best persons that they can be in the world. These are the same hopes that new families have for sending their own children to camp. Likewise, the 40 counselors who we choose each year to role model and mentor, return for the very same reasons. The Fall Annual Appeal makes sure that Nichols Day Camp and its well trained counselors are here to serve the peninsula this summer and for another 50 or more years in the future. These individual and business donors below have each given a gift of generations to the entire Nichols Day Camp family now and for the future.

We thank you.

Testimonials
This is a wonderful camp with very committed and enthusiastic counselors, in a wonderful location on Walker Pond. Unlike snooty and expensive camps that provide too much to children, this is an unpretentious environment that teaches respect for self, others and nature.
